Write to us with a few lines on your production: the format, how many cameras you expect, where it takes place and roughly when. Even a rough idea is enough to start a useful conversation, and we will ask for anything else we need.
A first enquiry does not need to be formal or complete. A short description of the programme and what you want from us lets us respond with sensible questions instead of a list of generalities, and saves you repeating yourself later.
Tell us what kind of programme it is: a studio show, a streamed talk, a live event or something else. Mention how long it runs, whether it is a single broadcast or a regular series, and how many cameras and presenters are involved. If you already have a venue or a studio, say so. If you are still deciding where to produce it, tell us that instead and we can talk it through.
Describe what you already own or hire: a gallery, a vision mixer, graphics software, an encoder, a streaming platform account. If you are starting from nothing, that is fine. Knowing what exists helps us judge whether you need operators, a fit-out, training for your own crew, or a mix of these, and it keeps our first reply close to your real situation.
Give us the date of your first broadcast or the period you are working towards, and say how flexible it is.
